1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website joannaolive.com (the "website") and describe the conditions under which the Joanna Olive Ops Center publishing tool (the "tool") is operated. Both are operated by Joanna Olive, a sole operator established in Romania (the "operator"). By using the website you accept these terms.
2. The website
The website provides information about the Joanna Olive brand, its services and content, and the legal documents that apply to the tool. It offers no user accounts, no purchases and no uploads. Content on the website (text, images, logos) belongs to the operator unless stated otherwise and may not be reused commercially without permission.
3. The tool
The tool is used by the operator and by people the operator has expressly authorised, to publish content to social media accounts owned or managed by the operator and to read the statistics those platforms provide. It is not offered to the public, has no public registration, and no one else may use it. Use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's terms and TikTok's terms. The operator is responsible for the content it publishes through the tool.
4. Acceptable use
Authorised users of the tool must not use it to publish content that infringes third-party rights, violates platform rules, or is unlawful, and must not attempt to access accounts they are not authorised to manage.
5. Availability and liability
The website and the tool are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the tool, or from the unavailability of a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
