Joanna Olive is a small, independent beauty business and the personal creator channel of its founder. We publish short videos, photos and posts about beauty treatments, skincare and the everyday work of running a small studio, and we answer questions from clients and followers on the platforms where they find us.

Joanna Olive Ops Center — our publishing tool
What it is. Joanna Olive Ops Center is the software we use to prepare, schedule and publish our own content to our own social accounts, and to read the performance statistics those platforms provide. It is operated by us, for the Joanna Olive accounts only. It is not a service offered to other people, and it has no public sign-up.
What it does. After we sign in to a platform and approve the connection, the tool can: upload a video or photo we created to our own channel or profile (for example a YouTube Short, an Instagram Reel, a Facebook Page post, or a draft sent to our TikTok inbox); set the title, description, privacy setting and schedule; and read the channel and post statistics (such as views, likes, comments, subscribers or followers) to show us how our content performs.
What it does not do. It does not collect data about other people, does not post to accounts we do not own, does not run advertising, and does not sell or share data. The data it handles, how long we keep it, and how to withdraw a platform connection are described in our Privacy Policy.
